I partially filled out an online applicate with GEICO, Progressive and Hartford, but was not able to get the coverage limits I wanted. The agent at William Derby GEICO was the only one who called to help me finalize the application and get the insurance I wanted. I was able to increase my coverage limits and save hundreds of dollars over the company I had been with.
Called to get questions answered on a home insurance policy. Agent would check and call back. Never called back.

These guys took my money then turned around and said they can no longer cover me because my vehicle doesn't meet underwriting guidelines. Thanks a lot for wasting my time!
