Met William Dean and sampled his amazing chocolate at The Big Chocolate in NYC. Hands down the best chocolate at the event!!!

They have a very nice high tea. The food is delicious and the teas are very interesting. The staff is excellent. Very nice people.

Great class. Took a class yesterday on making bon bons and had such a great time. Hands-on class where I got to bring home my own box of chocolates. Drove from Sarasota and it was definitely worth the drive. I will be back to take another class soon.
