I had a very frustrating experience with Metrowest ENT in Framingham. When I booked an appointment for my mother (who does not have insurance), I was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. I canceled the appointment several days in advance, and no services were ever provided. Despite this, the office refused to refund the $200. I’m extremely disappointed with the scheduling process at this medical practice. They scheduled a surgery for me, but I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time with multiple visits to the office to just receive an actual date. Even worse, once the date was finally set, I spent days trying to find out what time the surgery would be. My procedure was only four days away, yet no one could give me a straight answer. He's arrogant, rude and needs to retire or go back to school. Kept cutting me off while I'm describing symptoms. At times loads of mucus going down my throat while I sleep, making me cough and choke, he says "Oh that acid reflux." Are you kidding me? Don't waste your time here. *Plus he keeps doors open to exam rooms so you can clearly hear other patients business.

Horrific office staff. They are unable to perform basic tasks, e.g. validating insurance eligibility. They are also caught in a time warp and asked me to fax them information, as they could not manage to figure out how to open a pdf email attachment.
