Dr. Zimmerman has been caring for my child for several years now, including performing two ear tube surgeries, and I truly can’t say enough about his skill and dedication. I had a very frustrating experience with Metrowest ENT in Framingham. When I booked an appointment for my mother (who does not have insurance), I was required to pay a $200 deposit upfront. I canceled the appointment several days in advance, and no services were ever provided. Despite this, the office refused to refund the $200. I’m extremely disappointed with the scheduling process at this medical practice. They scheduled a surgery for me, but I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time with multiple visits to the office to just receive an actual date. Even worse, once the date was finally set, I spent days trying to find out what time the surgery would be. My procedure was only four days away, yet no one could give me a straight answer.
