Dr. Bill is the BEST
he doesn't seem to listen or care. I will be switching if my next appointment does not go well
At my last appointment I have never seen a ruder dr in my life. He treated both the nurse and myself with disrespect, and actually spent time on his cell phone while I was in the room with him. And no he wasn't Looking at anything to do with me on his phone, he had a iPad device in his lap for my information, while on his phone
