My husband was told to be at the hospital at 6:30am for a biopsy. At 3:00 in the afternoon he was still waiting. What kind of doctor works like this. He has poor time management skills. I would never recommend him. I did speak to the hospital administrator who also told me Dr. Cook does this "often" we left the hospital around 5ish!! Completely unacceptable.
