Dr. Cheeley is great, but the office staff is terrible. They could care less about their job. They have entered patient information incorrectly multiple times for myself and my wife. You can rarely get anyone on the phone and when you do you can't get a *Primary* care appointment with Dr. Cheeley for over a month and his PA for 2 weeks. My wife and I are now looking for other doctors due to the office staff and the fact that as a patient you can't actually be seen unless it's your yearly appointment.
Dr Cheeley is a great doctor. As a life long sarcoid patient I have had quite a few and he is one of the best. His nurses are super. The office staff that does scripts, referrals and even simply answers the phone are the rudest and lack all sense of urgency or follow up.
Terrible. Don't waste your time.
Wasn't feeling great so I call Dr Cheeley's for an appointment. They got me in quickly and the Dr. and his staff did a fantastic job taking care of me
Dr. Cheeley was very thorough and the staff was friendly.
