Terrible. Referred to him for knee replacement. He came in, said my knee was really bad (which I knew - I'm walking with a cane), handed me a pamphlet about the surgery and told me to schedule w/the front desk AND LEFT. No opportunity to ask questions and no assistance leaving. Going to another orthopedist.
I'm a 48 yr old with a parcel knee replacement and other medical problems. I went there JUST for a second opinion to see if I do need a full knee replacement.. and Dr Charlton seemed like he didn't even wanna give me the time of day nor hardly even ask me any questions or give me a chance to ask any .Not sure if its bc I have state insurance or what?
