Does NOT respond to calls,text or voicemail. When you do get him on the phone he hangs up mid convo. Unpleasant experience but I’m glad I did not have to work with him close and personally long.

Bill Carroll does not care about people who want to buy a house !!! I have been trying to buy a house from him for months, He won't let me inside to look !!! AND I HAVE CASH !!! He is very unprofessional in my opinion !!! He shouldn't have his sign up on property's if he don't want to sell them !!!
