Absolute worst customer service ever. Don't leave a message with answering service after hours if you have to reschedule because the message won't be given. They will grill you over it and charge you a no show fee for being not compliant even when the verify that you did speak with them. Not willing to work with you. The dr may be ok but the office people are the worst people of all time. I wouldn't recommend the headache they will give you to anybody. They don't care about you only money.
Never could get a hold of Dr. Torch. Never got call backs when promised and when I called back on the scheduled time past when they said they would (half hour later), they acted as if it was my first time calling. Went through 2 sleep studies with zero results. How? Every time I came in, the practitioners were extremely vague as if they didn't even look at the results and only pushed for more studies with no reason as to why. This went on for months.
