I was given insight from the VA about this examiner for Veterans. I knew that he was asking questions outside of the "service" related questions and I tried to keep the subject to my VA claim for my benefits. Still, he became "unprofessional" and "insulting" during the exam when he asked irrelevant questions and I answered relevant to the subject. Non-professional, non-empathic, non-social, was sent here from the VA for an EXAM, I had waited over 20 years to get an exam with benefits from the VA, and he was insulting, uncaring, had no intentions of helping with my claim file in a safe well-mannered environment. He kept saying I was "talking over him" and then had a pile of papers in front of him and "threw them down next to him", he acted very immature, and mono-toned with no insight into my claim.
