Dr. Kritzer is incredible (personable, knowledgeable and takes his time with you). Unfortunately, it’s been quite an ordeal getting a copy of my contact prescription. I make the 2 hour travel because of his professional ability. But I’m still baffled why after 5 opportunities and 3 verbal confirmations that my prescription would be sent that I still don’t have it. Rrrrrrr.
I have been seeing Dr. Kritzer for about 10 years now and I won't go to anyone else. They have a very friendly staff and their equipment is state of the art. They always work hard to make sure my insurance pays for what is supposed to and they even run Maui Jim sunglasses on sale once a year! I would definitely recommend them

Fabulous, thorough doctor who explains everything as he goes along. Great office staff, too!
Me and my wife went to our first eye exam in Texas and Dr. William Kritzer was amazing. Very thorough, and he explain everything so we could understand it. The staff also very helpful especially Ileana Herrera. I definitely recommend it.
