This place has gone WAY downhill in the last year and today was our last straw. My 81 year old mother had a DOCTORS appointment at 8:30am on Christmas Eve, only to be handed a COVID mask and told to go wait in her car, where somebody would be out shortly to conduct a "parking lot appointment." It is currently 42° and raining, so if this is the best that you can care for a patient, then you just lost one. Do better.
The wait is never long . Dr. Kendrick and the staff have always been very pleasant and he takes time to listen and answer any questions.
