Dr Douglass Does not care about his patients. I totally regret ever coming to see him. He can make excuses to make himself look good but I was the one needing his help but he was more concerned with my obesety or being fat. when I told him my legs hurt and cramp up, he said get up and walk it off. It's good he's retiring because I will never show my face at aventhealth while he's there and giving his patients sub-standard care

Stay away from this Dr. So many reasons. I had a severe earache and headache. He didn't even look in my ears just said maybe go to nephrologist. He NEVER listened to my heart or lungs any time I visited him. I had to ask him to. I lost over 40 pounds and was so sick. I went to ER then did follow up with him and I was still sick. He said I'm sure your going to be ok it's only been a week. Come to find out from another Dr I had Cdiff. A deadly disease if not treated. After waiting for 45 min. The desk asked me if I wanted to reschedule because they were behind. They were catering to a woman that didn't speak English and everything had to be translated through her phone. I was so mad I really needed to see a dr. I thought as long as I always paid for health insurance my whole life I would at least get a dr. visit. Also on my last visit, they charged me my copay and it was supposed to be my yearly exam. If this is the kind of experience you enjoy then this is the dr. for you
