We highly value Dr. Brooks, who has provided excellent surgical care to our family in the past. However, the patient customer service at the Harriman office needs major improvement. During a recent visit to address post-operative pain, the front desk staff was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Both doctor Brooks and his team are wonderful. Caring, they listen and take their time and actually care about their job and patients, especially today before and after my care. Id strongly recommend him anyday.
