Everyone at this office, was kind, professional, and proficient at eye care and the insurance, etc. Dr. Burns had an intern working with with who will make a great optometrist, also. This office seemed so upbeat and positive. All of the employees love their jobs! And that reflects on the great job Dr. Burns does. Highly recommend.
Friendly and professional and does excellent work
My wife went to see Dr. Burns at the Dublin location. This was her second time seeing him for eye infection. First time was 3 years ago and Dr. Burns keeps asking my wife to come back for followup, 3 times before he prescriped eye drops to her. This was recommanded by her PC doctor. Each time she goes there is $75 copay. Why follow so many times before prescriping her eye drops. Dr. Burns is rude to her. After she went to see him the second time( 4/8/26), he did not prescriped any eye drops and ask her to come back again. NE... read more
