I had a new patient appointment set for 10:20 am, I got a phone call the prior day at 5:30 pm saying that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor I had scheduled an appointment with is leaving their practice. They didn't ask if I'd like to reschedule and I've had this appointment for so long. I'm dealing with a serious medical emergency that I explained over the phone when I set the appointment and have needed to see a PCP immediately as I was just in the emergency room. Tried a couple different primary care physicians, Dr Boulware is my new pcp. Great staff, Dr Boulware spends time with me. That alone is great!
Great doctor. He actually takes time to listen to his patients. Nice guy!
Stay away!!’ Worst office staff ever!!! Made appointments online as new patient, 2 weeks later office calls and cancels…and she was even rude about it!!! Said he couldn’t see me for 2 months later!!! While have an online appointment system and then weeks later cancel???!!! Definitely need to get their act together… total nonsense!!!!
