It is Unbelievable how they let a critical referral go unsent, even after calling to confirm that it was sent, and to be rudely told to it takes up to 4 weeks only to find out they never sent it. No mistaking their level of caring
William Boostrom is a genuinely invested PCP. Being a patient that has a considerable amount of complicated and debilitating medical issues, proper treatment has proven to be too much for some medical professionals from Corpus to Galveston. Mr. Boostrom not only listens, he investigates the cause, he refers to the specialists, he orders the necessary tests, finds the correct diagnosis, and then administers the proper care!! absolutely the worst! waiting on hold for longer than 10 mins, then to have receptionist tell me to hold again when it starts ringing. very unprofessional , and rude. I can not believe this is what customer service has come to, down right disgraceful.
Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was really nice for a work place of stress
