Being a patient that has a considerable amount of complicated and debilitating medical issues, proper treatment has proven to be too much for some medical professionals from Corpus to Galveston. absolutely the worst! waiting on hold for longer than 10 mins, then to have receptionist tell me to hold again when it starts ringing. very unprofessional , and rude. I can not believe this is what customer service has come to, down right disgraceful.
Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was really nice for a work place of stress
