Great location up the hill (quiter) from Lake Susan and the Assembly Inn with a large front porch for sitting. Service and meals are good. Rooms are simpler, clean, most with ensuite bathrooms. Good value at Montreat for a conference- same price for the room whether one person or two
So peaceful here....
We had a Memorial Luncheon at the William Black Lodge and everything was lovely. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The reception room was arranged beautifully and everyone commented about how lovely the event was.
