Billy was a lovely realtor. He was very dedicated from the beginning- often going to see houses and take videos, even on days we were unavailable. He followed up with other agents often and was clearly dedicated to helping us close on a house we loved. He was never pushy, and was also much beloved by our 5yo (and not just because he bought her cake pops =) ). Very happy to be in our new home with Billy's help!
Billy is excellent - energized and motivated, he'll get you what you want and keep you in the loop the whole time. Great guy!

Billy made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities. He handled the renting of the home that I grew up in and our family's home for the last 67 years with skill and compassion. I was never worried throughout the process. He brought to the table excellent potential renters. I now have excellent tenants and am confident they will stay for a long time.
When it came time to handle our rental property, we had the good fortune to connect with Billy Nicola. We had no experience with this area and had to lean on Billy to guide us through the steps.
