Billy is the best around! If you are looking for a realtor that feels like family, he is your guy! Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process! We had a few problem come up through our process of selling and buying a home at the same time! Billy came to save the day every time! He will fight through thick and thin for you! I cannot express how much I would recommend him! He is such a great guy and a better realtor!
Billy went above and beyond on this transaction, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. On the day of closing, he personally drove the sellers’ conveyance documents to the title company to keep everything on track. Because of his dedication, my buyers were able to close smoothly and receive the keys to their new home without delay. His professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to getting the deal done made this a great experience from start to finish!
Billy was a lovely realtor. He was very dedicated from the beginning- often going to see houses and take videos, even on days we were unavailable. He followed up with other agents often and was clearly dedicated to helping us close on a house we loved. He was never pushy, and was also much beloved by our 5yo (and not just because he bought her cake pops =) ). Very happy to be in our new home with Billy's help!
