Great doctor who truly listens to you.
Every time I try to call about my appointment or about a prescription, no one answers. It usually becomes a multi-day task just to get someone to answer the phone. Last time it took me over a week and my prescription was out for days. They do not care, nor do they apologize. They seriously need to hire someone who can answer the phone, make or cancel appointments, and renew prescriptions, etc. I tried to reschedule an appointment online and found out a pin was necessary - which can only be issued by the office - which means ... read more
