Worst er on the planet. Worst billing dept in the world. Staff seems pissed all the time and don’t even try to attempt the “patient portal” it’s been defective for 6 years. They tell you “I’ll reset the password for you” which I did not forget EVER what a dump! But Dr strumillo is WONDERFUL. The rest of it is worse than a 3rd world country as far as receiving “help”
I do not recommend this clinic at all. I was extremely uncomfortable at each appointment I went to. (OB) I was repeated told how overweight I am, like I don't own a mirror. I was asked if any of my friends or coworkers were homosexual, when I asked how that was relevant I was told to just answer the question. I was there bc I'm pregnant, obviously my gay friends didn't knock me up so I don't see why that information is needed. There were things written in my file that I never said and had nothing to do with the fact I was pr... read more
