William Beaumont Army Medical Center is an absolute joke. First a head injury during their care earlier this year because they couldn’t care enough about patients who told them they felt they were going to fall to help them. (I fell after begging for help from the front desk staff) Now I can’t get the Records department to do there job and send over records so I can switch OBs because they can’t provide the care I need. Ridiculous wait amount of time, went to ER at 1000 and waited almost 8 hours just for a check up? so ridiculous!
Second time in the emergency room, Great care and very professional even when busy. Sent here by the VA and won't hesitate to come back if needed.
Every time I come here I regret it, these ER wait times are ridiculous.
