The Front Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Emily, the technician who conducted my first/entry exam, was very personable and genuinely caring. Dr. Bartlett was thorough, pleasant and professional. He explained what the tests indicated and what follow-up was necessary to achieve an optimal resolution.
