I recently stopped by the store to have a few links taken out of my new watch. The specialist was just finishing up for the day but was kind enough to stay and help me! I reached out to William Barthman several months ago to let them know I was traveling to the city and what I was looking for. Caitlin responded and we communicated back and forth about availability and she was very up front and honest throughout the process. In the end I was able to get the watch I wanted.
