I've been going to William Barthman Jewelers for almost 20 years, and they continue to go above and beyond to take great care of the objects we treasure most. Connie was great, providing conscientious, friendly, and down-to-Earth customer care through personal and timely communication.
They are amazing- went in to get my watch fixed expecting to be charged $500+. They took a look at it fixed it in 30 seconds and sent me on my way free of charge. They were an absolute delight and it’s a great energy. Check them out next to NYSE
We had the most amazing experience with Caitln, getting my husband his new yachtmaster! No pretentious BS here—just a beautiful shop with beautiful jewelry pieces and Rolexes. We were fortunate enough that my husband’s watch was available and we were able to secure it immediately. The customer service Caitlin provided was excellent and we had fun taking pictures of his happy moment. Highly recommend!
