I recently stopped by the store to have a few links taken out of my new watch. The specialist was just finishing up for the day but was kind enough to stay and help me! Caitlin responded and we communicated back and forth about availability and she was very up front and honest throughout the process. In the end I was able to get the watch I wanted. Simply stated one of the best watch shopping experiences I have ever had. And I have bought a lot of high-end watches. Connie and Caitlin made me feel welcome and comfortable the moment I stepped in the door at 20 Broad Street. And found me the watch I thought I would never see again. And even obtained it for me before I left for an extended vacation! I cannot stress enough that this is place to go if you are in the market for a Rolex or other fine jewelry!
