Great practice! The facility is clean. The staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Ball is very personable, thorough, and has a great bedside manner.
I went today for my first appointment with Dr. Ball. He will be my new Primary Care Physician. This practice is awesome, the front desk team are friendly and efficient, nurse was friendly and a great communicator. Dr. Ball is all I could want in a doctor. Great listening skills, made plenty of time for me and clearly explained options to explore. This is a very friendly care team at this practice and I am happy that I found them.
Dr. Ball office has a great staff, true they are friendly and try to be helpful. Thursday 9/11 I went in with a serious Sciatic nerve problem, Dr. Ball was on Vacation, the other Dr. I was supposed to see had and emergencies so my 10:00 a.m appt. Went to 3 p.m. so I saw Dr. Dana. It took 2 days to get my prescription called in. I called 4 times in order to get someone to call it in, I realize Dr.’s have lives to but this is ridiculous.. it’s 5:00 p . M. On 9/12 and still haven’t heard anything
