Dr. Pidwell not only injured me more, but then yelled at me until I cried because I said what he was doing was hurting me. He’s had my MRI results for weeks but never called with the results. My retired-lawyer father heard Dr. Pidwell yelling at me through the phone when I called him for assistance, as I had never been put in that sort of position before. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
This MD called me 24 hours before my appointment to cancel my appointment! His office told me “he could not help” without seeing me! He based this decision on my medical record but to my astonishment -he cancelled me! I am over 60 years old and this has NEVER happened to me. This is unheard of. Beware of this MD-he is not true to his “Care Philosophy “. He belongs in the RCM group in Park City, UT.
Quick into exam room, X-ray and doc evaluation. Great bedside manner, and gentle cortisone shot. Very happy with my visit. Prescription for PT. Q
Dr. Pidwell was very understanding of my situation and explained it to me in terms I could easily understand. I felt very comfortable with him, and he explained alternate options/steps of care. I felt very reassured of my situation and the future I could expect going forward as well as no pressure to choose a treatment option I might not be comfortable with.
I hurt my knee on the first day of vacation and was seen by Dr. Pidwell. He was very professional, kind and caring and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The office was very helpful and efficient and even made copies of my xrays to show to my MD in California !!
He is so attentive and a very nice person!
We came right home and sent in a review. Dr. Pidwell was everything we needed right now. He was great, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We were so grateful to Park City hospital, and his staff for getting us into him as we had an urgent situation. They made us feel like they cared that it was urgent. Which was more than we received from the Dr.'s in our area, who wanted us to wait one month to 6 weeks for a urgent, very painful, situation! We would definitely recommend Dr. Pidwell.
Speaking as a former Olympian with a continued active lifestyle, Dr Pidwell has been an amazing resource and value when consulting on past and present orthopedic issues. Great follow-up because he genuinely cares. We are fortunate to have his type of service and attention to detail in our community. Highly recommend!
