Dr Craft is incredibly rude ! He treated my daughter and myself with complete disrespect. He shushed me when I asked a question about a lab result. He was harsh and unkind . We will never go back to see him . I have never my life been gaslit by a doctor and when my daughter cried out in pain by his roughness , he was annoyed and said I wasn’t even doing anything !! In a tone that matched his awful energy. HUGE JERK !
Travel 2 hours to get to this guy's office just for him to ask "what do you want me to do about it?" You are rhe surgeon, i want you to fix it. Look at the imaging, tell me what i can do. No service performed whatsoever. Would not even look into the issue. Why did you schedule me an appointment knowing you wouldnt even look into it. 5 hours, 210 miles, and 60 bucks in gas roundtrip for absolutely nothing!
