Too bad there is not an option to select a negative 1 star. This is the most disorganized and non-customer service retail store that I have dealt with in a long time. Their website is a disaster!!! I selected 2 items for my shopping cart and once the website accepted my payment card(had to do it 5 times) and the order was accepted I noticed that there were 2 of the same items. Terrible customer service, I went to return a broken coaster but they didn’t have cash and asked for my debit card then instead of refunding my money they charged me again!! Still I didn’t get my money back!

I bought Narumi dinnerware set and I got only 5 spoons instead of the 6 I paid for. I left a voicemail yet three day has past no one got back to me. I was also utterly shocked by the quality of the stickers on those plates and bowls. There is absolutely no easy way of taking them off, I tried hair dryer, alcoholic wipe, sinking in water, and a combination of all three to remove the stickies on 36 items. I will avoid buying anything here. Even amazon offers better quality and service.

The service was mediocre at best. I wished to purchase a gift certificate for our friends engagement and found a person at a service desk. No one had greeted me at any point in the store . The first woman at the desk took my phone number, then continued logging in some merchandise and finally asked me to follow her. We then stopped so she could help someone else and finally to the customer service desk at the back.
