Great selection of chinese however not the best customer service! I would not go back
After a decade as a customer, the staff remains stuffy, dismissive, and uninterested. No greeting, no help offered, no alternatives suggested—just clear disinterest in my business.
Here goes my review again as they have taken down the previous one it seems. Leaving a 1 star as 0 is not an option. 8 MONTHS DELAY and 3 VISITS: 1. Original order was made at the end of March and wasn't notified that one of the 3 products we have ordered was out of stock. From the confirmation email we noticed that whiskey glass will be delivered by September. We were annoyed but let it go. 2. Comes September, no tracking number, no update.
