Dr. Ares is an amazing Neurosurgeon. I had a Microdisectomy after being in pain for a year. It was my decision to first pursue; physical therapy, several visits to a physiatrist and pills directly targeted at my sciatica nerve that was being compressed, 2 lumbar epidurals.
