Not personal or impressionable at all! Never introduced himself to me even though he was in the room and yet performed a colonoscopy on me. He didn’t ask me anything. He also didn’t contact family member after procedure although he claims he did. He recommended standard five years repeat colonoscopy even though I always do them every three years due to EXTREME family history of colon cancer. Dr William Anderson saved my life. I had abdominal surgery which the surgeon made serious mistakes that caused me internal bleeding. My body was in shock, had several blood transfusions and was in ICU. My stomach was not absorbing nutrients. Dr Willam Anderson was called to my case due to the severity and his expertises. He assured me he will get me well and home. Once he started treating me I immediately felt and knew I would walk out this hospital! He is an excellent doctor. Top of his field. Receiving a call over the phone about my son’s procedure I find appalling and unprofessional. When has the doctor coming in the room to speak to parents about our son’s procedure stopped?
Very rude, dismissive, and would never recommend him as a provider. Ignored concerns and verbalized “it must not be that serious since you aren’t dead.” Don’t EVER go to this man.
