Simply amazing food. Every plate was superb. The tomato salad, shrimp with chorizo and lobster toast were stand out dishes. Brittany, our server was a delight and a font of knowledge for our ongoing road trip.
The Inn we were staying at reserved a spot for us here. Upon arriving we were unsure about what the food may be like as the outside looks pretty unassuming. This was probably one of the best restaurants I've ever ate at. For those who have never ate here before this place is more of a tapas style dining experience. We absolutely loved William & Water! The shared tapas-style concept was such a fun way to experience the menu. The fried chicken was to die for, and their creative take on papas rotas—potatoes, sunny-side egg and kimchi—was absolutely delicious. A fantastic option in St. Andrews if you’re looking for something a little different and creative. Great wine selection too. Definitely recommend!
