Awesome venue....wonderful staff and food services.
The William Aiken House is a dream wedding venue for wedding photographers! The location couldn't be better - gorgeous 1807 mansion with lots of outdoor space, right in the middle of downtown. We photographed a gorgeous gay wedding here (photos attached) where they got married outside in the courtyard and had a tent for the reception. But when you rent the house, you're able to use the inside as well - all the beautiful, colorful rooms with period furniture. We had our wedding at the William Aiken House and had the absolute BEST experience with PPHG. Rachel, and the entire PPHG staff are amazing. They were all super helpful and accommodating throughout our wedding planning process. The venue is gorgeous and was great for our intimate wedding of 27 guests. I was worried the venue would be too spread out for our small guest count, but with utilizing just the front lawn area (by the pergola), the upstairs piazza, and indoor rooms it was perfect!
