Dr. Warren is unethical. Elderly patients with serious illnesses call and are told he's "too busy no way we can see you today" after urgent care has told then to see PCP ASAP. Then when you choose to be seen elsewhere they will not release your records to the doctor, they want you to pick them up and pay for them. By law they can charge the patient for for copies but not to transfer to another physician. This office cares only about $$$ not the well being of patients.
