Check-in knew who I was and that I had already filled in my paperwork ahead of time. All the staff were pleasant and smiled. My waiting time was only a few minutes. The Dr.'s assistant took me to my exam room with all the tools ready for my procedure. The 15 min for the numbing to proceed was done. Dr. Smith came in and explained the procedure again.
