We just closed a tricky real estate sale with the help of partner, Justin Waiser. My husband and I worked with Justin Waiser and his team to simultaneously sell and buy a home. Justin understood the time crunch we were in and was effectively able to master the closing of both homes on the same day. All details were always clearly communicated and any little bumps and hiccups were always taken care of quickly and favorably. I would highly recommend Justin on any real estate matters.
We worked with William A. Slutsky, PC and his team in 2020 for our first co-op purchase in Rego Park. The experience was very stressful, and they charged unnecessary fees, blaming COVID. Communication was poor, and we felt taken advantage of during an already difficult time. I’ve left reviews before, but they mysteriously disappeared. Not a trustworthy experience.
As a real estate professional, I have been using and recommending Justin and his firm to my clients for the past several years. They are trusted advisors and communicate extremely well. Their level of professionalism is very noticeable, from problem solving to due diligence to handling any objections. Contracts are always sent out in a timely manner. I could not recommend enough. 10/10
