My son had an appointment with Dr. Paruolo back in May 2025. My son was sick with a fever so I called to reschedule his original appointment and I was charged $50 for rescheduling. My son was still sick when it came time to go to his rescheduled appointment so I had to cancel. Now I’m being charged $100 for a no show fee but I called and rescheduled. It wasn’t a no call no show. I can’t predict when my child will be sick especially with tonsil infection.

Dr. Paruolo is the absolute best. He's been with my daughter since the day she was born and we couldn't have selected a better pediatrician. She loves him. He's patient, knowledgable, provides options and enough information for a concerned parent to make a good decision for their child. I coudn't recommend him more.

We were lucky enough to have Dr. Pete as the on call pediatrician when my first child was born and I’m so thankful we did. He sees both of my kids now and is so honest and down to earth. The front desk ladies are so kind when you call and do their best to get you scheduled ASAP.
