The front desk staff here is unprofessional and lacks basic empathy. My mother, who is my medical power of attorney, called to ask about accommodations for my dental anxiety and needle phobia. The receptionist was dismissive and disrespectful, questioning why I wasn't speaking for myself. This type of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. I have decided not to become a patient here and would not recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate care.
I had a most wonderful visit. Referral for extraction, which no one looks forward to. Chatted pleasantly while anesthesia worked, extraction was seamless, he asked numerous times if I felt OK before I left. His assistant/receptionist is his wife and she was absolutely delightful. I'd go back in a heartbeat if need arose.
Has no patience.if you have even a little anxiety he won't even try and work with you he will tell you that you need sedated even though you were only in the office for 10 minutes like me. They didn't ever make an attempt to send a referral elsewhere or call me back after leaving a message with them. Also made a comment "you did fine for your wisdom teeth" and if he had looked at my chart long enough he wouldve seen my wisdom teeth had to be cut out so I was not awake. The extraction of my partial tooth went smoothly but the office/billing staff are very hard to deal with & no personality whatsoever.A year later & I am still getting bills because they are too incompetent to send them to the correct address.Would not recommend.
My mother was referred by primary dentist. The doctor and his secretary treated my ill mother with blatant disrespect. Ran us around in circles for months to try and get her scheduled for surgery just to drop us as a patient because I asked to reschedule one appointment due to some other health complications she was having. Has to be the rudest dentist and staff I have ever dealt with. Highly do not recommend.
