unbelievably rude. he come into my exam room, kicks away the small stool my foot was resting on. He then grabs my injured thumb and bends it so it hurt terribly. he then takes my hat off my book that was on the table, and throws it aside and roughly flips my book over, all without saying a word. He presents himself as someone who feel superior to his patients. good luck.
I'm seeing Dr. Matarese for a hip and ankle issue after he performed a very successful knee surgery on my husband. I have to say, I'm impressed with him and his staff. He and his assistants listen well and Dr. Matarese is clearly an excellent diagnostician. I've seen more than one orthopedist in the past (for the same issue) and when it was difficult to diagnose or did not require surgery, they gave up. GREAT DOCTOR BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE UNDERSTAFFED .RIDICULOUS CAN NOT GET THROUGH
Terrible service. They didn’t check my insurance in advance. I only found out when I arrived for the appointment, which was a complete waste of time.
Dr. Matarese is fantastic. He replaced both my knees. His office staff is excellent.
