I understand that a doctor’s office can get backed up, but this is clearly a planning issue. No one expects offices to strictly adhere to appointment times, but the pretentious treatment of patients left waiting for over 45 minutes, only to be told it will be another hour, is unacceptable. Having a rude, inattentive receptionist who shows no regard for what’s being said further compounds the issue. Such behavior renders appointments utterly useless. The Doctor himself does a fantastic job. Knows what he's doing and communicates well. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He's a 5 star. My issue is with office staff/reception. When speaking with them on the phone it's like I'm training them. That may come across as mean and I've no problem explaining stuff. It's just they come across as lazy and careless. Maybe there's just nobody in charge of that particular section.
