My doctor retired and I am moving to the NPR area so I was looking for a new primary doctor. The first doctor I went to was Dr. Lozano. I will say right off the bat, he is young, but that is not a bad thing. Being a young doctor means to me that what he learned in various schools and training. Not an issue with me. Dr. Lozano is a very friendly and intelligent person. He talked with me without me feeling stupid and explain various things to me in a very easy way and I learn things every time I go in to see him. Dr. Lozano do... read more
We have united healthcare and moved last year to FL from CO. We had a hard time finding a primary care provider that could see us within 3-4 months. We found this office, and they said they had July apts available and were excited. We made the apts and have been waiting to see the doctor. It seems in Florida the offices need to do a meet and greet before any care can actually happen- like a initial physical. This office sent us all this initial paperwork to fill out to take to the apt. We filled it all out and are just waiti... read more
Dr Gross has been my primary physician for several years. He is passionate, knowledgeable and a terrific doctor. I recently underwent an unexpected surgery at St Anthony’s. Dr Gross was there to help coordinate my care. Highest ratings possible.
Do not go to this facility. They didn’t do anything for me that an outpatient psychiatrist couldn’t do and then charged me an outrageous amount for INHUMANE “care.” I was a patient here twice and both times I received poor care, but the second time was completely unacceptable. My days were spent doing nothing. The psychiatrist saw me twice and for 5 brief minutes despite me being there for FIVE days. My niece brought in 3 pairs of clothes and pajamas for me on the first day of my admission. I was never given my clothes despi... read more
The pediatric doctor is very rude and snotty. He would not talk to me for more than 3 minutes without escorting me away. He drugged me very badly. (6 pills a day.) (4 pills in the morning alone) The pills gave me headaches and made me feel tired and dizzy, and loose weight. It was hard to sleep at night because it was 65 degrees in the room and the beds were hard. The showers were cold. It was also yellow around the toilet from old urine. My first day the doctor assigned me a very abusive teck named Greg as my "one to one". ... read more
Why call it a "walk-in" clinic when patients that "call in" are seen before the patients that "walk-in"? I sat for about 2 hours, and patients kept coming in after I had and they were seen before me. I was in pain, bleeding under my make-shift bandage and feeling nauseated but, kept getting the same story about how those other people "had called ahead to make an appointment". Well, had I known ahead of time that I was going to cut half my finger off, I surely would have called ahead to make an appointment!!! I even asked if ... read more
