I have a billing problem that the business office and the doctors office refuses to take care of. I have a Medicare Advantage policy and they have a rule that they will only pay for a Medicare Annual Wellness visit once a year. Dr Fridley did this exam in Nov 25, 2025 and again on May 28, 2026. The insurance company denied the claim for May 28th because it had only been 6 months from the previous one. Dr Fridley and most of the staff are pretty great.
