Equipment DR Horton uses the cheapest equipment they can find. The A/C units are at the bottom. The light switches are $1.19 at home depot--I replaced several already. The garbage disposal is the bottom of the line. The thermostats are cheap. The A/C unit color coded wires were wrong. Four of the wall sockets (plug in) were upside down.
