Mr. Willhelm has been a great attorney. Very knowledgeable and gets solutions fast and efficiently. The one that has been in constant contact and has been there to answer any question or help with anything is Chasity Ward. She has made a difficult experience much easier to deal with and go through. 1st let me say Mr Wilhelm is Top Notch!!!!! His lady in the office is RUDE AS HELL!!!!!! I paid over $10,000 and this lady has the nerve to hang up on me. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED ON THE SPOT!!!!! Terrible customer service. Mr Wilhelm pays you but where do you think he gets the money from? That's right, ME!!!! You work for me so get this stuff right. Start treating your clients with respect, no matter what they did, they have paid you. If you don't like the people that pay your salary CHANGE OCCUPATIONS!!!!!
