Real nice & convenient that it's right across campus and neighbors are cool. Love the central location that's rather close to downtown. But the roaches, THE ROACHES Y'ALL!!! OH MY FRIGGIN GAWD THE ROACHES!!! Well as they say, you take some, you lose some...
Located near campus, especially convenient for students studying chemistry, biology, MCLS, engineering, and various other departments. While it boasts a bit of a vintage charm, it's an excellent place to call home overall.
Roaches. Not much else needs to be said, but I've been stuck living with them in these apartments for more than two months now. Real Estate 1 doesn't, or can't get rid of them with multiple exterminator visits. Leaky faucets that never got fixed. Toilets barely flush. The list unfortunately goes on. Do not rent here
This is one of the closest apartment buildings from the University, a little bit old building but very nice and well maintained.
