Was planning to write a review, however the consensus on this and other review sites about Willetts Sew and Vac Essentials already tell the story and agree with our experience. Cannot recommend going there for any reason.
I will never do business here again!!! The customer service is nonexistent, no communication with customers. I dropped my machine off in march for cleaning/ repair, after having to take it back 4 times because it still didn't work correctly, they ordered a part. Part took 2 months to receive
This is not Bob Willett's place anymore, some puny little rude man bought him out and kept the name so he could profit from Bob's good reputation, treat's everbody bad even his employees.His excelent technician that helped build the business could not take it no more and left him leaving my sewing machine and other's at the mercy of the awfull individual. If you are in need of any service for your sewing or vacuum seek some place else
