Absolutely incredible service from the lads here. Assessed my damaged tyre and as expected it was not repairable. I was phoned up to discuss replacement options. I am very analytical and can take a bit of time to make a decision, but they were very patient and walked me through ALL the options and not for one moment tried to convince me on a bigger sale. Well this was a journey, new rims, got a vibration, like an idiot, I involved someone else and they sadly made it worse, then damaged the rims. These guys tried helping but they let me know the rims were damaged, they offered me a refund, no fault of theirs at all. I left with a tear, I can’t believe they offered that. I’m getting brand new rims from them in the near future. Thanks so much guys, aside from this public thank you, I’m speechless. Thank you so much, so unexpected and appreciated.
