I had very good experience at Willetton Medical Centre. The staff at reception were very friendly and professional.Eventhough I visited at a very busy time, they took time to listen to my concern and made the check-in process smooth. I consulted Dr.Manjula, and she was very professional,took time and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Willeton Medical Centre for those who are looking for excellent patient care.

My visit to this medical centre was not what I had hoped for. A greeting from reception would be nice. More importantly, the doctor I saw was dismissive of my concerns. When I tried to explain my pain and worries about my injury, she didn't seem interested in hearing me out and simply insisted I would be fine. I left feeling unheard and uncared for. I hope the doctors here can improve their bedside manner, as empathy and listening are crucial for patient trust and well-being. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to this centre... read more
