Thought Id give this workshop a try instead of my usual one. Came in to confirm a quote and got served by a clown named Jim. He had an extremely bad attitude and even told me to do the job myself after I queried some of his statements. The guy even tried to tell me my valve clearances were out based on the noise my injectors were making (which wasnt the issue I came in for). Ian is AWESOME! He is honestly the best, trustworthy and very knowledgeable given 40+ years of experience in car service and repairing. My car - Renault broke down and wouldn't start at all that time. Called Ian to ask if he is available for car service, that time his diary was booked for the week. However knowing that I need to have my car towed there, he managed to fit in into his diary on that day and worked on it on that very day!
