Wonderful doctors, nurses and admin staff. They do their best to see the patients as soon as possible. Doctors are kind, light hearted and provide excellent diagnosis. Every town needs a care center like Willet.
I had such a great experience here, everyone was so kind and helpful. I really felt like I was being taken care of and that I mattered here.
Unbelievably slow and in efficient
Went here and got diagnosed with “some viral infection” and an ear infection I was told there was no meds that can help with my viral infection so I was just given ones for my ear, after a few days I was throwing up my meds so went to my family doctor turns out I have pneumonia. A 5 hour wait for nothing
I attended willett a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and I’ve never felt so bullied by health care workers before. I called before I went in, and they said the wait was at most 1 and a half hours- fine. I went in, checked in and the gentleman behind me was told he was the last person as they were too busy. People still kept coming in… 6-7 people later, they say the same thing … you’re the last person we are too busy.
