The rating is for the doctor and the wait times, not for any other staff. When I visited this place i visited with seeing a doctor in mind, Not just the nurse who was lovely by the way. She did my assessment , did all the check ups and told me to wait for the doctor. After waiting over an hour, he walks in , stares at me and shrugs his shoulder and goes “ yes?”. We've had good experiences in the past but most recently my husband attended the clinic and after waiting hours received little care or relief. Hoping we can find a better option for urgent care issues
