Thank goodness we found you James! So happy and impressed you responded quickly and came out soon after I called. Your service was impeccable and thanks for quickly replacing a garden tap with a much better one, and checking everything was in working order as well as re-affixing the garden hose. very happy with service from James. I was successfully able to replace the inlet valve in the toilet flush. However, the flush inflow pipe was leaking as I was re using the 10 year old pipe. I didn't know what to do and was keep trying it and leaking didn't stopped. Sent the query and pics to James over the phone and he recommended to get the new flexible hose and replace it. It just took me 5 mins with new hose, saved my money and time/effort. Thank you very much James.

James did an excellent job. Honest & very well priced, unlike larger plumbing companies that charge ridiculous rates & try to upsell services you don't need. James also took the time to show me what he had to do & why. Highly recommend his services.
