Had a 30min free conversation over the phone, said she could help, wanted to know all my mom's finances. And I paid her 3500.00 upfront, weeks went by and she did nothing. The information she got was from the court , which I had access to already. Would not return money when I told her I was going somewhere else, I did get 2k back but it wasn't easy. My mom has alzheimer's and she still took advantage of her money. She said it took time to email the info to the other lawyer that the court emailed her.
